Yorkshire Three Peaks
A must do for keen fell walkers, the Yorkshire Three Peaks is a challenging route which summits Pen-y-Ghent, Whenrisde and Ingleborough. Starting a short drive north of us, we’ll be here for resting those legs and toasting your achievement with a pint of award winning Thwaites.
Ingleton waterfalls
A short drive from Settle, the Ingleton Waterfall Trail is the perfect day out for all as you explore ancient oak woodland, and spectacular limestone waterfalls over 4.5 miles.
Settle
For when the weather is typically Yorkshire, the village of Settle has plenty to explore, from local artisan shops to a number of great pubs and café’s. Have a chat with our team to see where they’d recommend.
Ribblehead viaduct
A stunning section of the Settle to Carlisle railway, the Ribblehead Viaduct is an impressive structure with 24 stone arches allowing trains to cruise 104 feet above the moor. A hit with photographers, enthusiasts and walkers alike.
Malham Cove
A short drive away is the village of Malham, home to our sister property The Lister Arms. The charming Yorkshire Dales village is the perfect base for walks in the local area; you can explore the stunning Janet’s Foss waterfall and see the spectacular view from the top of Malham Cove in one picturesque walk. Don’t forget to stop at the Lister for a pint of award winning Thwaites Ale too.
